Design: This study has achieved Agricultural Land Commission approval and an amendment to the Official Community Plan. BC's first ecological/ agricultural resort communty for 4,000 people on 500 acres based on sustainable infrastructure.

Solution: Archeological Impact Assessment; preservation of 100 years of historic structures; a 300 acre organic farm, vineyard & vinery; a 5-star hotel/spa complex with marina; Village Centre for 320 single and 980 multi-family homes.
