Design: SRO low rent hotel conversions to minimal barrier, "housing first" program. Finish materials selected for easy maintenance without sacrificing aesthetics.

Solution: Renovation and upgrading of existing structures into safe environments for some of the hardest to house Downtown Eastside residents.
