Design: This $50 million city core redevelopment consists of an office tower, library and retail units; cultural arts centre and theatre; community leisure centre; expanded city hall and new central urban park.

Solution: The new Town Centre provides a revitalized sense of urban centre for Maple Ridge while improving access to essential public services, judicial facilities, library and cultural centre.
